We have three sessions at the moment – Tuesday afternoon 2.30 – 4.30pm, Tuesday evening 6.30 – 8.30pm and Wednesdays 2.30- 4.30pm if you’d like to take part, contact Neil who can get you all the right information.
At the moment, most of what we’re doing is focused on mountain biking, with skills sessions in the hall, guided rides in the area around Glasgow, tips and tricks for keeping your bike running and so on.
We have a selection of bikes available for people to use, so you don’t need to have your own bike to take part. If you do have a bike and you want to use it, we’ll be happy to give it a check over for you to make sure the brakes and gears work before you use it for anything serious.
Over the coming months, we’ll be organising a number of trips on the bikes, ranging from some relaxed cycles to a cake shop to some challenging off-road trails with lots of potential for losing skin! Each ride will be clearly described, and we’ll be happy to give you a bit of guidance as to which trips will match your current skill level, so you shouldn’t find yourself out of your depth and wondering if you’ll survive to see your family again!
