Getting a place on one of our activities is pretty easy – first you need to become a member of SiMY. There’s no charge for membership, but we need some basic information from you, and permission from a parent (or yourself if you’re over 18) to become a member for a year.
Once you’ve done that, just click on the link to the activity you’d like to go to, check that you meet the requirements for it in terms of age and experience, then use the online Permission Form to book one or more spaces. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm that you’re booked on. If you have any questions, just use the contact form to get in touch, or add a post below the event and we’ll respond as quickly as we can.
We need a completed permission slip for each person participating in our activities – these can be completed online, but if it is the first time you have signed up, we will need to check that your parent has given permission, so make sure you give a phone number where we can reach them.
Existing medical conditions won’t necessarily exclude you from taking part, but it’s important for us to know about them, so that we can take appropriate steps to ensure that people are properly looked after when they are with us.
